All orders are processed & dispatched within 5 business days and shipped via Australia Post.

All sizing on our website is in AUSTRALIAN sizing - XS(6) S (8) M (10) L (12) XL (14) XXL (16)

Please note that we do stock various labels on our online store and there may be slight variations in sizing from one style to another.

If a particular size is of a smaller or larger fit, we will advise in the product description.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

• Items must be in original condition with all tags attached

• Items must be returned in the original packaging

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

• Gift cards

• Intimates, swimwear, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at olivia@eleanordowns.com.au with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• The reason for the return

We’ll respond with return instructions as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

• Please allow [5–10] business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within [48 hours / 7 days] of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
